Chief Operating Officer - David R Thomas

            David is responsible for the day-to-day operations of MichTel including sales, marketing, finance, operations and CRM. David will also provide executive sponsorship for the company's Wireless Oakland project. Prior to joining MichTel, David has held several senior level management positions with telecom providers such as: ATT, Broadview Networks, LCI International and Teleport Communications Group.

David has developed sales and marketing strategies that have assisted two of these companies in profitable revenue growth from start up to IPO. David is active in volunteer work with the United States Marine Corp.

Chief Financial Officer - Anthony Yangouyian

            Anthony is responsible for the financial organization with MichTel including preparation of the five-year business plan, annual operating budgets, capital management and day-to-day financial reporting. He has served as the General Manager of MichTel since its inception and recently appointed its Treasurer. He has been actively involved in the restructuring and development of the Company following its acquisition of the assets of Big Net Holdings Inc.
